Permanent Candidates

Rhino Healthcare Associates takes extra care in finding the right facility for you. We work with hospitals throughout the country and do everything in our power to match you with only the facilities that you can envision yourself at long-term. From the time we are contacted by a particular facility, we obtain as much information as possible in regards to the position requirements and benefit details that they have to offer.

When we find a position that matches what you are looking for, we will submit your information, ONLY WITH YOUR AUTHORIZATION. RHA takes pride in knowing that your information remains confidential with us until you are ready to make a move. Once we have submitted your information to the hospital, they will review and decide if they would like to initiate the interview process. We will set-up your first phone interview with the appropriate member of the hospital and ensure the time is conducive to the both of your schedules. We also recommend scheduling a second phone conversation with a member of the anesthesia staff so that you have the opportunity to obtain more detailed information about the intricacies of the facility.

After the phone interview(s), if both parties are ready to take the next step, we will schedule an onsite interview. At this point, you will be able to travel to the hospital to meet with hospital administrators, shadow the OR, visit with local realtors, meet with schools and have time to acclimate yourself to the area. If at all possible, we will schedule an off-site lunch or dinner that will allow you to meet the OR staff in a more personal, non-work environment.

“SMALL TOWN. MOUNTAINS. GOOD PAY AND BENEFITS. RHINO MEDICAL SERVICES FOUND THE PERFECT JOB FOR ME AND MY FAMILY.”
April Foster, CRNA Rutherfordton, NC

When it comes to contract negotiations, RHA is here to assist in any items that have not been included to maximize your opportunity. We also suggest that if you are presented with a contract, you have a trusted legal representative peruse the material. This will ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed the information and fully understand any limitations/restrictions that need to be addressed prior to acceptance of the position.

Once you have accepted a position, RHA has a credentialing team that will assist in filling out paperwork for the state license (if necessary) and hospital privileges. We try to expedite this process by obtaining all necessary documentation from you as soon as possible. In order to do that, we will be sending you an application prior to your first phone interview.

In order for RHA to perform these duties effectively, it is imperative that we obtain as much information as possible from you. Your time is very important and we want to make sure this process is as simple and stress-free as possible. Not only do we need to have a clear understanding of what types of positions/locations/packages you are looking for, but we also need to know what the best scenarios would be for your entire family. Many times, when a candidate is looking for a new position, several “agencies” will be contacted to perform a possible job search. When this occurs, we do everything possible not to counter-balance the efforts that you and other recruiters are putting into your search. RHA does not want to jeopardize any positions that you may already be in line for, so please be honest with your consultant and do not to hesitate to let us know if you have already heard about one of our opportunities.

Once again, we would like to thank you for choosing Rhino Healthcare Associates to be your guide in this process. Our outstanding team is ready to start working FOR you today!
