hino Medical Services is here to help you with the confusing and time-consuming process of getting licensed to practice in multiple states. Traditionally, our licensing department works with each physician to gather the required documents, forms and other necessary information required by each individual state to obtain a license. Because this process varies from state to state, the information needed, cost and the expected time frames also vary.

As of January 1, 2017 the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) has gone into effect in 21 states; it is currently in the legislative process in several more. The IMLC helps us expedite licenses in participating states if the physician already has a license in another participating state. This greatly reduces the time and headache to be able to practice in multiple states, increasing both the availability of quality care and your earning potential.
